The Easiest way to Give an User Full Administrator Privileges/Permissions.

Open a Terminal Command Session and Execute:

su -

Under the Section "Allow root to run any commands anywhere" Insert:

userName    ALL=NOPASSWD:       ALL

Now your user can Execute Every Action Without Password just Prefixing his Command by sudo.
